How does Distance Energy Healing work?

Energy Healing can travel any distance in time or space, as we are all connected.

During an Energy Healing Session, I will enter a deep State of Meditation and connect to your energy field.
Once connected, the healing can began.

Depending on your needs, an energy healing can be:
- Focused on certain areas of the body (throat, heart, head, stomach etc)
- Drawn to the whole body to improve Energy flow and chakra alignment

You might feel some tingling, heat, vibrations, pressure, the need to cry or take deep inspirations, or nothing at all.
It is all perfectly normal, as energies inside the body are shifting.

It is important to try not to overthink and trust the process.

What does a 60mins Energy Healing Session include?

You will be emailed a Health Questionnaire and a Zoom link prior to your Appointment day.

On the day of your Appointment:
- We will allocate 15 mins for a Health Consultation to discuss the questionnaire and answer any questions you might have.
- The Consultation will be followed by 45 mins Distance Energy Healing.
- Right after the Healing Session, you will receive an Email with Personalized Recommendations.

How should you prepare for your Distance Energy Healing Session?

After discussing your needs with me over the phone or zoom, please:

- Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed.
- Turn your phone off, or put it on airplane mode (set an alarm if you think you might fall asleep)
- Lay on your back, palms facing the sky or on your heart. Stay relaxed and present
- You are free to listen to some calming music (no singing music or words as it might distract you)

Note: Don't forget to go to the washroom prior to your session, so you can fully relax.

How should you feel after an Energy Healing?

Everyone will feel different.

Feeling relieved, exhausted, sad, happy or emotional following an Energy Healing is normal.
The body is adjusting to the new energy shift.

It is important to drink a lot of water the following week, in order to flush any toxins that were released.
